"Self care is one of the strongest forms of self love we can give to our self. The idea behind this piece is for the many moments I felt broken and alone. I had to learn then even when there is others that might care or say they do. The strongest love is being able to help my self heal and understand that even when I feel like I have nothing left that I can find a spark with in me even in the darkest and lowest moments. Remembering that I can’t pour from an empty cup, so how can I help others if I I can’t find the compassion to help my self when I’m down. I am worth the love and I am worth the help. And so are you." ~
